couldn't agree less. Thus the realization of this application or execution of a plan, idea, model, design, specification, standard, algorithm, or policy is nullified if it is not executed to perfection though the CSR Policy Design and Development entails collating, synthesizing and analyzing information with objectivity. The aim is to support the programme decision that makes an optimum use of resources to achieve desired results.

The new amendment to companies act under the section 135, making CSR act more transparent and making the companies obligatory to follow is worth commendable. Now what is required is a tough and vigilant scrutiny of accounts of the corporates in adhering to this policy without circumventing, Proper guidance , support and evaluation has to be provided by professionals to initiate the CSR activities in the corporate in a scientific and structured way.

Government of India Must Pass an Orders regarding Utilization of CSR funds not to their Own Organizations. Must give support to Other Organization with clear enquiry and credibility.

Need India more developed country but the red tape always hang on in any project or any donation of fund or any others support for social development.Its practically always not supportaive mind in motivation so need more and more practical oriented development and those are working in root label need support more for serious development.Please cover up this area.WWW.benevolent.org.

Awareness, Education and Acceptance would be the new TBL of CSR as far as Indian Corporate(s) are concerned. The Paradigm Shift we need in form of the Complete Social Reform won't be possible without voluntary involvement in social development beyond philanthropy as well as law. The Canadian definition of CSR might just show us the path to achieve this. Way to go...

In our country most of the corporate houses both Public and Private are not doing CSR .Funds are lying with no/ very minimum utilization . Also their knowledge in CSR is not updated/ Lack of knowledge.
