Hayden is easily one of the most charismatic, engaging, outgoing and caring people I have ever met. I had the pleasure of working with him when he volunteered on Grounded, a program for young people disengaging from school that I was in the management team of. Having worked on this program for some time I have accepted that these young people are very hard to build rapport with and take time to warm up to someone, so I was surprised and impressed to see Haydn, on his first day volunteering, up on stage, dancing his heart out, to a crowd of cheering participants. If anyone can travel the world, befriend people, and spread the word about this product, it's Haydn.
