I've known Haydn Dinsdale for a long time now and he really is an amazing individual. He inspires others to improve their lifestyle through fitness, health and a positive attitude.
He makes people socially aware by doing such things as spending time on the streets to get a first hand experience of what it's like to be homeless in the inner city.
