She deserves it. She has worked hard and won't come across as a man in a dress to people who may not agree and would do well enough to prove her acting and singing chops to a larger audience. She would be a perfect example of casting entertainers in roles they are made for while opening to the doors to people in the lgbtq community to larger roles in the future.

Ginger is extremely talented. She has proven her abilities to sing and act. She has wonderful comedic timing. I think that this would not only be a great career opportunity for her, but a wonderful opportunity for Disney to show support for LGBT performers and the community itself
