We as an ongoing regular customers of Five Guys Burgers and Fries located in Fairfax town-center in Fairfax, VA with having ongoing negative experiences “ after noticing from yelp on November 24, 2014 a physical assault was about to take place from the cashier towards the customer” we believe an investigation should take place as soon as possible before things go out of hand. That includes the stop of ongoing rude and hostel behavior not only from the manager Juanna and other employees.

No customer or any individual should be treated different and feel unsafe while enjoying their meal or requesting their order by willing to spend their money in such environment.
