The teams at Square Enix put in so much time and effort to give us new content, so why has the social aspect been neglected for years? We want them to see us and realize that, as paying customers, we deserve to feel safe. Many people have fled servers and data centers to escape their stalkers and harassers, only to find out that they can still be found. Unfriending a person does not remove you from their friend's list, and even blacklisting doesn't remove your name and information from the offender's list. Even if you move Data Centers, you may still appear on their friend's list as "Unable to Retrieve". However, Data Center travel is coming up in the newest expansion and people are once again feeling paranoid that the time and money they spent to get away will be for nothing. They feel like their concerns are not being heard. Sign this petition to get SE to notice this issue. If we all come together to plead for a safer environment, they might just listen.
