Previously involved with NEADS service dog training. I know a service dog when I see one, I see many "supposed" service dogs that are pets. Too much abuse, past time to have consequences.

Please support this bill. I have seen the law abused at the beach in which I am a Ranger. People abuse the law all the time.

As one who raises assistance dogs, this subject is near and dear to my heart. I see too many of our graduates turned away from public places because folks are wary of all dogs wearing capes these days. Please vote to pass this important bill. Thank you!

This is becoming ridiculous...I work at UMass and people have 'service' cats, even a snake. The dogs that are not trained bark and misbehave on the campus. This truely is unfair to those with true disabilities and trained service animals which are with a legitimate organization.

IMO there is much abuse of claiming service or support animal status in the US, especially with persons claiming they need multiple animals when their real motivation I fear is just to override pet policies. Very unfair to legitimate disabled persons who need such help from animals.

Would people like it if fake handicap placards were used, or fake handicap license plates were used? It degrades those of us that have legitimate needs for service dogs. Please vote for this bill and the actions necessary to eliminate this.

Dishonest people do not care how their stupidity and selfishness affect others. Service animal owners really need help with this problem. The dogs who are not properly trained and then subjected to the stressful environments will also gain some protection by the passage of this bill.

I have a Seeing Eye dog, and way to many people bring in fake service dogs.

I am very active with my Therapy Dog Bailey but fully recognize the difference between a TD and a Service Dog. I support H.2277 and ask for your support for the bill. Thank you, Jack Foley

I was behind a woman who brought a dog into LLBean after christmas. the employee asked her if it was a service dog and she replied yes. when I asked why there wasn't a special vest or leash , she admitted she didn't want to leave dog in the car. Not everyone loves dogs , yet many dog owners think that everyone should love their dogs.

My NEADS service dog-in-training & I were denied entry to a restaurant. The situation was eventually resolved, but I can only imagine how a disabled person would have felt if they had been denied access.

I had a tenant who moved in with two Pitt Bulls. One of which had 3 legs from fighting and claimed they were service dogs

Many people are abusing handicapped
privileges. Why ignored when reality is
people do not have reason or substance for this "special" prevalence.

I have had an ESA come into my work, sit on the reception desk and growl and try to nip at anyone who got within 3feet of him. He was a small dog also and very disruptive to our office.
