False representation of a service animal should be illegal. It is the same as someone who parks in a space with a handicap plate and is not!

The importance of this bill cannot be overestimated and its impact on those who truly need a REAL service dog. Our NEADS clients are perfect examples..

A much needed bill. Misrepresentation can be dangerous to others, mentally and physically.

Sari,
Thanks for your support. Anyone is allowed to sign this petition, so please share! If you do collect handwritten signatures, you can send them to NEADS, attention myself (Alyson Cox). Let me know if you have any additional questions! Thank you for your help!

This a wonderful way to help our handicaped people and our veterans. Everyone should participate and sign this bill.

Dogs should be allowed in more places than currently but intentionally calling any dog a service dog hurts the people that the real service dogs help.

I strongly support this legislation! It is as important to stop people from misrepresenting an animal as a "service animal", as it is to protect the rights & legitimate use of service animals!

there should be better regulation on obtaining the status of service dog.
