I find it disgusting I've got ms, crumbled spine & osteoporosis in my knees & nerve damage through the Ms & I'm still having to fight for pip even though I've had dla high rate for 3 years

The last time I had a face to face it was a nurse not a doctor who made a decision over myour GP of 17 years who had known me from working full time with 3 kids a single mum to being in constant chronic pain and depression I don't want to sit at home even now I'm trying to retrain with all the pain I'm still in not because I have to because I want to but this system is unfair it doesn't take in to consideration chronic illness and how long term effects of these impact on our bodies and ourelated lives and mental health

The asessors need to be held accountsble for the wrong decisions they make and the misery they put people with a disability through. They are not always trained in the disability that they are assessing, so how can they mark points, when they are not aware of the problems the disability causes!!

They are utterly refusing to consider my medical reports and are making ludicrous decisions. Awaiting my tribunal date.

My own recent experience. Is that they commit Fraud on an industrial scale. We should be taking court action.

if we told lies to get the benefits surely it is a criminal offence no lie to stop people receiving it ...

This lying and fabrications of truth must stop immediately. It's rare to see a positive case and attrocious that people are penalised for being clean, tidy & able to speak.

If an assessor is untrue or blatantly omits information, they should be held accountable. This affects people's life, sometimes even leading to suicide.IT MUST STOP!!!

draconian way of stopping really vulnerable people from claiming benefir that they are entitled to .Im hearing some terrible stories ..I'm MR my mobility part ..saying in their opinion who haven't got a digger in health like myself and Are messing with peoples minds mental health and physical health the knock on ripple affect is degrading ,dudhonest and down right disgusting .

Yes they need to be accountable they don't live their lives in pain or depressed or any other of the ailments we all suffer on a daily basis and these lies and the ignoring doctors or consultants diagnosis they need to be answerable people are not claiming pip just for the sake of it
