An act of bipartisanship such as this would send exactly the right message: Sunny ways, friends, sunny ways.

I didn't vote Liberal because I wanted to vote Liberal. I voted Liberal because I didn't want more Conversatives in power. Mr. Trudeau, my support belongs to the Elizabeth May and the Green Party and I urge you to look to the Green Party when and where it matters.

Elizabeth May would be the Minister of the Environment that Canada desperately needs right now. What better complement to the Liberals' plan to invest in green infrastructure than to appoint such an educated, dedicated, and clear-headed leader in environmental issues?

Elizabeth May is best qualified, out of all MP elected (regardless of party affiliation) to provide leadership on the federal environment portfolio. She would be brilliant!

The most qualified person should fill the position and that would be Elizabeth May.

So many Canadians wanted to vote green but felt they couldn't because of an election process that needs to be changed. Trudeau said he recognized the broken system of First past the post voting, and that he would change that for next election. Choosing Elizabeth May to be the Minister of Environment would allow Justin Trudeau to show that he truly cares about a united, non-partisan government and that he cares about all of the green supporters that elected him to a majority due to "strategic voting".
