I'm signing because we dearly need positive change in Parliament, and part of our problem has been the divisiveness of partisan politics. Every member of Parliament was elected by Canadians, and all of the MPs together make up the Canadian Government. Choosing the best MPs for Cabinet, no matter which party they belong to, will be beneficial to all of Canada. Please take this bold step forward, towards a cooperative Parliament, for the good of future generations.

I'm signing because I think it is important that there be inclusion and cooperation between the
parties in cabinet. Everyone was elected to parliament to represent Canadians so I can't think of
any better way for progressive change to be established and reflected in Canada's new government
than to include other party members. Elizabeth May is particularly versed in what is needed for
an environment minister going forward into a more sustainable future.
Thank you in advance for taking this bold step and setting an example for all Canadians and future governments.

I want to have the opportunities for a greener future be a reality fro Canada. Elizabeth May is the perfect representative to initiate change and spread knowledge to anyone that it is possible for Canada to make a new name for itself and establish itself as a sustainable country.

She is a woman of great skill and integrity and her vast knowledge of environmental issues facing Canadians and the world needs to be shared. Take the bold action and do what needs and should be done. Appoint Elizabeth May as Canada's representative to the world on environmental action.

I would like to see the Liberal Party Endorse Elizabeth May as Canada's Minister of the Environment not only would this be right move it would also be the smart move and would set a precedent for other governments to appoint the BEST POSSIBLE PERSON to a given Ministry and that could only be good for Canada and all Canadians --- be BOLD Mr Trudeau and do it

Regardless of the logistics, Canada's new Prime Minister needs to get a clear message that the environment is of top concern for Canadians. What else could possibly be more important?
