The environment portfolio might not be a good idea but "Special Envoy for the Environment" representing Canada on the international scene would be something new, refreshing and very beneficial for our country.

I congratulate you on your win. I am impressed with your poignant list of campaign promises, frankly it makes me nostalgic.
I am sure you have heard all the arguments and know from first hand experience the merits of Elizabeth May as Minister of the Environment. And the critical stage we are at globally to mitigate the catastrophic effects and collateral events of climate change. We must immediately and decisively.
I would like to point out that with this action, you have a golden opportunity to be The Prime Minister of Canada that took the first step that could potentially transform our Democratic system in Canada from one so often crippled by partisan politics into a system that is merit based at it's core.
As a former employ with DFAIT, I am so proud to be a citizen of a country that takes our rightfully assumed international obligations seriously again, and as I am sure you will restore our historically traditional place on the international stage, let us also now lead the way internationally in the evolution of Democracy.

This is a great idea. She has proven herself worthy of a cabinet post. Justin said he wanted to hear a variety of voices. She is a woman and a defender of the envrironnement. This to me a perfect fit.
