Make Eldora Safe for Kids

Thanks for your attention- we won’t be signing up for lessons at eldora until this is changed.

If these changes are not made, my child will not only not participate in lessons, but we will switch resorts entirely as it is important to us to have a resort where he has the option to participate safely. If something as obvious as lift safety isn't being addressed or thought of in a proactive manner, I can only imagine there are other safety concerns not being addressed as well.

My son also fell off a lift during a ski school lesson about 5 years ago. Fortunately he was not hurt and the lift operator stopped the lift and got both kids off Uninjured. I called Eldora after the incident and barely got a sorry out of them. Ridiculous. Never went back for lessons after that.

I was going to enroll my kids next year. Not any more. Not until this policy is changed

Please keep our children safe!

As a lifelong skiing family from Boulder, and having my 3 year old already on skis we have full intentions to make Eldora our home base each winter. I will absolutely not put my kids life in your hands unless safety changes are made. What happened to this little girl, and learning the same has happened to so many others, is unacceptable and I will not give my money to a place that operates in such a way.

40 feet. Never again!

This is inexcusable. Please rectify the out of date lifts so they are secure.

If the lesson lift policy is not updated, I will not allow my kids to participate in lessons at Eldora.

Please see that our children’s safety is paramount.

Please provide a lift bar on all lifts and please make sure all kids in a ski lesson are attending with an adult on a lift.

Please listen to concerned parents and protect their children so they may safely enjoy their skiing experiences at Eldora.

My child was one of those that rode alone after REPEATEDLY telling the ski school that I would not allow it.
