I moved out there in August of 2018 and lived there for a year. I've never enjoyed the pleasures of the dock, or anything else regarding the HOA. Someone must be benefitting from it cause we sure aren't. Thanks for your support. I spoke with CBB and as long as the lease gets paid for the dock, they don't seem to care who pays it. Maybe we can all work something out. Thank you again.

I've been in this area for 2 years now and I often take my toddlers on an ATV ride around the neighborhood. We usually stop at the boat launch for a quick look and my girls always ask me why they can't fish there. Then I must explain it's because the dock is not usable. I'm almost to the point to fixing it myself. It's a bit ridiculous I would say...
