In this report they claim that a new drug was found on the street, namely shatter, which is BHO or honey oil. It is Marijuana that has been turned into a matter which can be vaporized.

This report is full of lies, namely that "shatter" is addictive and toxic. That this is a new drug when it has been around for over 40 years. That you are able to overdose on it.

This type of propaganda at a time when our population is finally recovering from all the propaganda spread in the 70's is extremely damaging.

There is absolutely no evidence that Marijuana, in any form, is dangerous, addictive or toxic. Marijuana has been proven to be an excellent treatment for pain, seizures, cancer and a number of psychological problems. This type of broadcast could set us back 50 years. There are a lot of people out there that will believe this because it is from an ostensibly reliable source. Perhaps they were misinformed. If we let this go it is the beginning of something very dangerous.

Please make CTV Barrie either retract these statements or produce scientific evidence to back it up.
