It's about time things changed. I have only been playing since April but I can see how things have down hill. You exhibit a complete disregard for your loyal patrons and continue to take advantage of us.

The recent glitches have been upsetting and make me question the honesty of the voting system, this the honesty of the company. I've been a supportive customer. I'd compliment the game for a job well done on various things. I'm quick to notify covet on issues. I want the company to do well therefore I buy diamonds and take advantage of online offers from time to time. However, the idea that my looks do not always have the chance to win top look due to a rig in the system after the efforts I put into styling is starting to make me lose interest in the game.

As a business you should already be aware that happy customers equal more business whether that be people spending more money, people bringing in new customers, or people giving your business the highest rating. Unhappy customers equal loss of business (money), loss of customers, decline in reputation, reports to agencies such as BBB, and eventually the collapse of said business. This is all put in very simple terms, but I'd be delighted to go into extreme detail to explain the MULTITUDE of issues this game has. Perhaps it's time to clean house and get a new and competent team on board. The game has gone from being a brilliant and creative idea to being a greedy, rigged, unimaginative joke. It doesn't take a tremendous amount of intellectual ability to realize that if you have consistently satisfied customers you will have long-term large increases in your revenue. I suppose how you want to play the "game" is up to you at this point Covet because we the players know how we plan to proceed from our position...

I refuse to spend another real dollar on your game! I usually spend $100 per month. Not anymore Crowdstar. I'm done! CV is $3 mil plus.....

Also take away the added style score bonus from closet value, and when borrowing from friends, only show friends who actually have the item you are searching for. :)

And take away the bonus by closet value. Just because you have a higher closet value doesn't mean they deserve the #1 and #2 spots on ranking when someone with a lower closet value constantly scores better. That isn't fair !
