Make CBD (Cannabidiol) industrial hemp extract a non schedule substance for all Australians and legal to use and sell!

This is ludicrous! Please have some compassion and lift this ban!

I am a quadriplegic and this oil greatly relieves my spasm which is a constant problem for people with spinal cord injury also the great thing is there are no side effects and you do not get a high from taking this or notice any differences apart from relaxing the muscles and relieving spasm

I started using Hemp Oil as a natural supplement 2 months ago, it has changed my life for the better. No more arthritis pain, no more digestive issues, no depression and no more anxiety attacks...and to me, most importantly, no "high" or side effects. My energy levels are almost back to that of a normal person and I am finally able to get back to my normal life of caring for my family and working. Stopping this being sold is a money grab, and also ethically wrong. Stopping something because you know it works to heal people just because the pharmaceutical companies are not making cash is immoral. Please, I cannot bare the thought of going back to the way I was...i was not living, i was barely surviving.

Why keep something from the people of this country that can actually help? The government needs to start thinking about what is beneficial for the people, not just their pockets!

If it works why not. Not hiring anyone of both parties agree to use it. Also has been around for 1000s of years as a healing medicine for lots of sicknesses. Healthier to use than prescription drugs.

I find the current legislation that prevents the sale and distribution of hemp oil to be out dated and request that this law be reviewed and changed so that I, like Many other, can purchase this product freely, without any prescription, further red tape or any other deterrent or the like. When will the bloody government start listening to the people instead of filling their pockets from the pharmaceutical company. This oil does not get you high as its not thc based so how can their be a issue? You allow people to smoke which causes cancer but you make something illegal that does the opposite. Get your heads our your arses government

I think that if politicians or their family members were sick to the extent where nothing else helped or no other options were available that they would change the laws quick smart. It's time all Australians rally to get the government to legalise the sale of this proven medicinal product throughout all Australian States.

Cbd oil is for me, like for other thousand people only one care. I hope that one day ,the people health ,come before big money of pharmaceutical companies.

This helped me through chemo, and I rubbed this on topically on my skin cancers which my surgeon sent me home as there was nothing left to cut out!

Should be able to use and sell with no script etc
