Time the government listens to the people, a natural medicine that helps so many people should never be illegal. Each and every patient should have the right to choose. I know so many people who are just waiting for the legal right to be able to use these products, stop the suffering now.

I am just one of hundreds of thousands of Australian females whose lives have been turned upside down with the daily debilitating pain of Fibromyalgia. I recently bought a small bottle of CBD Hemp Oil from another online Aussie outlet which claimed it was 100% legal in Australia. I tried the recommended dose of 0.5ml of the oil and had 5 hours of MUCH less body and joint pain. Then a girlfriend asked me what would happen if I was pulled over by the Qld Traffic Police for a saliva drug test. I started to worry so I phoned the Qld Police and was told that it was NOT LEGAL in Qld, and even if I tested positive for the tiniest amount of Cannabidiol I would be arrested and charged!!! It is also an offence to even have it in my possession!! The senior Police Officer was adamant that the only way I could take this oil was if it was prescribed by my GP, BUT my GP would have to apply to the Health Authority plus I would need to be in one of the following categories: "in palliative care; a severely epileptic child; or in a Trial Group of other FM sufferers". Please, please, PLEASE .... Allow this natural oil (without the THC high component) LEGAL for us to buy online and use to help us deal with our pain. I can't work now because of the FM, and that has resulted in us having to sell our beautiful home and are now renting a property. We are struggling to live on just my husband's wage. I can't even do light gardening anymore due to the FM pain and stiffness. Our life has been severely affected by this condition, but would be so much better if I could reduce the pain levels with CBD Hemp Oil.

We can't let them take away natural products that cure sever illnesses just so pharmaceutical companies can make billions on people's suffering!

Used for hundreds+ of years by many cultures,
No side effects ( unlike Drs drugs)
Would help millions across a plethora of ailments.
Urgently required to help those suffering people who cannot tolerate the side effects from the current medical models poisonous medications.

Even the USA are doing this and they HAVE DONE the clinical trials PLEASE lets helo those that need this PS. Unlike "big pharma" drugs Cannabis has never caused a death or overdose
