Of course marijuana and hemp oil should be legal . Australia is so behind the times and backward in these matters. If it helps people be frèe from pain and heavy opioids I am firmly for the natural pain relief that was put on this earth.

I suffer from Chronic pain & Chronic Neuropathic pain. There are no real treatments or pain relief avalible that is effective in treating or relieving this type of pain. Iam a registered user of CBD & it works extremely well, because it is so restricted the cost of purchasing this product is phenomenal & ridiculous. This product is effective it is harmless why is it not legal? Why should people have to suffer when there is a harmless solution to aid & control peoples pain & other significant conditions? My dad suffers severe back pain and doctors only prescribe endone and opioids which he is now addicted to at age 73. CBD oil would be a far safer alternative to ease his pain without damaging his kidneys and liver.

I have being using this hemp cbd vape oil for a few months now and its being so helpful with reducing the nausea, migraines, neck pain, facial and jaw pain that comes with this widespread, chronic pain disease known as Fibromyalgia! I am 29 years old, I use a walking stick, I have Complex PTSD and a history of Anorexia but I can't access the CBD cream I was using for the pain through the crappy "Special access scheme government website" because it's filled with so much bullsh** on their statistics and their research! The pharmaceutical companies will ABSOLUTELY RUIN this for all of us if they take it into their own hands and make synthetic versions like they have! They have already killed people by doing just that! Why are we still fighting over this?! I am stuck on OPIOD patches that are making me feel worst and making sicker as each day goes by, so please, please, please, JUST LEGALISE IT! The amount I have had to spend on other topical creams, narcotic based pain relief medications, osteopathy and myotherapy and massage therapy and rheumotology appointments has left a big hole in the bank accounts and I am sure everyone else feels the same way--sick of being sick, sick of being ripped off by crappier low grade versions of the hemp oil that we had to try before we found Good alternatives, and we are all running out of patience, aswel as money and our bodies, as well as our life's quality is continuing to deteriorate! How can it be that everyone is okay with banning certain substances without implementing a solution, or rather a back up medicine that is significantly less harmful and causes zero deaths?!

It seems so ludicrous that CBD is held with the same contempt by Government Politicians, Agencies and a lot of Australian Doctors, as Marijuana that it makes them look so out of touch the people of Australia and with the world. My GP practically holds up the sign of the cross when I ask about CBD for my Chronic Pain, Nausea & MS and cant seem to understand that I am not asking for it to get high, just to be able to take a step without cursing.
