Make CBD (Cannabidiol) industrial hemp extract a non schedule substance for all Australians and legal to use and sell!

Please save Australia from going down the same path as America, where the pharmaceuticals control everything and only the rich can afford to get sick.

I am very interested in in the CBD hemp oil as their are many health issues that my family and friends have and we all could really benefit from using this product.

When my ADD/ADHD daughter was on her prescription of methamphetamines she was a sad lifeless zombie. Now on CBD she is happy and has personality. She still displays socially unacceptable behaviour but she is happy and likes herself!

I need this for fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain. Currently using opioids legitimately prescribed by my GP with unwanted side effects. Since the withdrawal by Govt of legitimate use of CBD oil and know of people with MS, Motor Neurone and terminal cancer being deprived of their CBD to control pain. This is so unjust and can only be judged as greed by Govt and Big Pharma. What they will create here is people's willful creation of black market acquisition as they have no other choice. Along with many others, I'm disgusted by this decision.

I cannot understand how this plant oil can't be prescribed to patients in Australia. It should be our right to use a plant oil to treat our conditions that no other so called "safe" drug has helped. My rheumatoid arthritis and IBS and chronic pain could all be helped with this oil, but I continue to suffer and get worse while these politicians sit on their hands in some cases ever expanding bums and do nothing. We all need to stand up and make a noise until we are heard!!!

We should have a right to choose what type of medicinal treatment we want. This type of treatment is not harmful unlike the rubbish we are prescribed from most of our medical practitioners, that have horrific side effects. They should be ashamed of themselves for the sake of the mighty dollar!

CBD has saved my daughters dog from multiple seizures when chemical drugs failed. I can only guess what it is like to have a child in the same position

This is dirty move by the TGA to support the monetary gain of pharmaceutical companies.

We need to have access to CBD products to help with health issues. Why are they classed as controlled? This needs to change now!

It's not psychoactive, I'm 42 and I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 3 times a week. With CBD my recovery time would be enhanced and I'd be able to train more and live pain-free.

Therapeutic goods act do this too often. People should have freedom to access treatments of their choice.

Should be legalised Australia wide.. Cmon pollies, wake up, step up to the times, bloody hell, everyone is trying to get 'Gay Marriage' Passed, Lets get this passed, give some 'LONG TIME SUFFERERS', like myself, some comfort !!!!!!!
