As a person with a painful disability. I believe and know that cbd oil is imperative to my quality of life. The side effects of lyrica a nuero blocker are horrible, and I would not wish them on my worst enemy. The law needs to change.

I have had chronic back, leg and feet pain for over 2 decades. It’s like walking on broken glass and on bad days having red hot nails driven through the tops of my toes. I take opioids for the pain (which does not stop it, only dulls it). I don’t sleep very well until I starting using CBD oil, I’d use cannabis before but I didn’t like the “high”....this advice was given to me buy a pain dr in the UK. A few months ago, I became aware of CBD Hemp oil, after doing some research regarding the “high” and the relief I might get. I took a leap of faith and brought some. My world had changed, I could sleep (instead of the usual 2-3hrs, I’m going 5-7hrs), my daughter said I was a completely different person (not so edgy), my appearance change too (I didn’t looked pained or have a grimace on my face). Finally in over twenty years I can control my pain. I moved back to Australia, found that I could still buy CBD oil, I started to go a fitness class, started to reduce the amount of opioids and life looked positive UNTIL NOW! CBD hemp oil is no addictive, there are no “Highs”; ONLY relief, why should cancer patients be the only ones who get special treatment and be able to use CBD oils! The Government should ACTUALLY listen to the people who ACTUALLY use this to help control their pain levels. My pain levels have been that bad I want to die!

So ridiculous that this is legal in 50 states in the US and we can’t get it here!! Our government models everything else off the US system, so why not this too?

CBD NEEDS TO BE MADE LEGAL.I HAVE FM-OA-RA AND MORE AND DO NOT GET PAIN RELIEF WITH THE DRUGS DOCTORS GIVE ME AND THERE ARE A LOT OF MEDS THAT I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO.WHY CAN,T WE HAVE PAIN RELIEF LEGALLY.

I think it's absolutely ludicrous that the Government is doing this. It is so obviously driven by greed. If we can purchase other completely natural holistic remedies why can we no longer purchase CBD. Unbelievable!

Should be legalised for us pain sufferes.
