Make CBD (Cannabidiol) industrial hemp extract a non schedule substance for all Australians and legal to use and sell!

So hard to watch a loved one suffer that could benefit from this. Please legalise so my loved one can live out his days painfree.

oh my goodness. Go look in your medicine cabinet. Why do we freely accept medications with dangerous side affects and are highly addictive. Yet are screaming from the rooftops that CBD is addictive(false) and dangerous(also false). Come on people we are smarter than this.

Please legalize this. As it is helping me fight ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. So far I have managed to save my bowel and not have it removed. Who knows what would happen if I lost this product

the irony of the Australian government (tga) banning the importation of cbd oil from online retailers and making hemp consumption legal in the same month shows how disconnected and greedy this government is for shame.

If it helps people, when they medically need it, and their is a need it should be available for them. It would so much better than the chemicals that are being pumped into people, and how much damage they do.

CBD has changed my life for the better. It is an amazing non toxic substance that has so many therapeutic uses, my family and I currently live in Canada to use it legally but when we move back to Australia we would really like the Australian government to allow all Australians access. CBD is not like thc it will not get you high!

My son suffers from chronic pain and all the prescribed meds don’t remove the pain (lyrica, tamazipan, endone, panedeine forte etc) all have side effects depression and anxiety no wonder Australia has such a high rate of mental health issues , suicide it’s on the rise, we all know what the statistics say about back pain and joint replacements, instead of keep this evil pharmaceutical industry going why are we not following the overseas clinical research and allow the oils to be legalised in Australia Why? Studies in Neethlands, Denmark, all of Europe, America, South America, Egypt have proven without a doubt health benefits without side effects, the adverse studies only come from pharmaceutical companies which stand to lose revenue

It is a ridiculous shame that CBD oil is denied to people in need of medicinal relief from unnecessary suffering.

My son has epilepsy and needs this oil, my mother has chronic pain and needs this oil, my dog has terrible allergies and needs this oil. We all need politicians who actually care about people.

My husband has terminal stomach cancer. He was on a cannabis trial at the hospital. He was tired but chemo side effects disappeared. No nausea, no pain. It was stopped after the trial.

Why can we not use something that is natural as opposed to chemical drugs that are made in a lab and exposes you to a whole other range of problems! Freedom of choice where is that?
