I'm a long time subscriber to the Satallite radio family. Having said that being able to listen to my home state music while traveling is a must!!

Have listened all my life. In fact I was in Myrtle Beach in my younger days. This is the best channel on XM. Please keep Carolina beach music on the air!!

Beach music is classic. Carolina Shag has new dancers under 25 and those of us from ACC and SEC schools LOVE it!

I am now retired after nearly 50 years in broadcasting,most of which was spent anchoring newscasts for ABC Newsradio in Washington, D.C...However,
I started as a deejay in my hometown of Shelby, North Carolina. I love R and B and spent many happy days at the beach( O.D., Ocean Drive, which is now part of North Myrtle Breach..) I have been listening to
Beach music throughout my life and, to this day, it makes me smile and think of all those fabulous days at the beach..Beach music is no longer " regional.." My friends in NYC and Vermont and Illinois and California love it as well..That also goes for milennials..Having often substituted for the late great Paul Harvey and trying to connect with the average American, I believe Sirius-XM should seriously consider making the Beach music channel, permanent..My friend, Phlash Phelps has been promoting the channel on his 60's show..
A number of Facebook friends love the music...Those in charge at Sirius-XM should at least
continue the Beach music channel through summer...We all need the diversion from the constant barrage of politics, shootings, terrorism, etc....
