Why not support our constitutional rights? We should support all of the bill of rights. Sometimes our states try to go against our constitutional rights and we need to send a message that we will uphold our constitution regardless of what the state tries to do. What may happen in Virginia is going to the Supreme Court. It’s the old argument about states vs federal rights again. As an elected official we are sworn to uphold both the state and US constitution. We can’t have states going rouge by infringing on our God given and constitutional rights to protect ourselves and property.
