I'd go out and purchase EVERY season, it would be nice to have a BOX set and then have an autographed version of Once More With Feeling, since, yes it's been done to death, but I dont know what else you can do to bring out more people to purchase this item.
OOOOOH...maybe small fillers like comic books, animated series, a small SYTHE keychain, or something to go with this box set.
Anyway, I'll gladly purchase this...if you could do Angel too....much appreciated!

I would love a well-done 16:9 reedit of Buffy but if it can't be done right it shouldn't be done at all. At least put the original 4:3 edits on the re-release of the box sets.

My favorite show by far and i would pay up to 200$ for a blu-ray edition FOX make it happen you already have it looking extremely good on netflix, for the people wanting 4/3 just offer both the new widescreen and 4/3!

The current HD remaster is terrible, Fox really took the cheap route trying to make a quick buck for an HD syndication release. This gets a failing great and needs to be done again from scratch, get Joss Whedon in charge and remaster Buffy from scratch and leave it in 4:3! This offensive HD copy needs to be exterminated, never to be viewed again.

I cannot believe this isn't already on blu ray! There are so many lesser shows that are older and get released - I think enough people would buy this to make it worth Fox's time and money. Please put this out!

Fox Studio may own the financial rights to the show, but they do not own the artistic rights. Since airing 20 years ago, this show--along with Angel and Firefly--has become cultural phenomenon. Any tinkering with the original artistic vision of the show should be treated with the same respect given film restoration. Hasn't Fox done enough damage to Whedon's shows?
