I've purchased both The Twilight Zone and Star Trek tOS on blu-ray, and both are in their original aspect ratio. Why not Buffy?

Thousands of brazilian people will definitely buy it. I haven't bought the dvd's because of the quality and I know you can get a decent release for bluray.

Its beyond me why this hasnt happened yet. If 16:9 isnt possible without cropping or making the show worse then keepnit the way it currebtly is and creat a HD transfer of it, similar to what CBS did to Star Trek: TNG. Come on Fox, it may not be possible to do it for the 20th Annuversary of the show this year but how about its silver 25th Anniversary? More Bonus Features would be desirable too. There was a whole extra disc of bonus features for region 1 than 2. Make it region free or the exact same.

Please bring out a better, polished and truer release of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in HD, many fans would pay to see the series remastered to a higher standard (without poor cropping, incorrect lighting filters, camera equipment in shot).

I would LOVE a proper HD remastering on blu-ray. Similar to what they did with Star Trek: TNG!!!!!!!! The HD version streaming right now is a travesty. A cheaply done remaster by some rank amateurs.
