Make Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Blu-Ray

I just want the best viewing experience possible!!!

If the studio is to damn cheap to remaster Buffy on "regular pressed Blu-ray discs" Then do it the cheaper way and remaster Buffy on (MOD Movie on Demand aka Blu-ray R discs) something is better than nothing at all.

I hope that Disney doesn't miss the opportunity to release Buffy on Blu-ray next year since Buffy will be 25th anniversary!

Those damn Charmed fans are so lucky! Charmed season 3 will be releasing on Blu-ray May 18th 2021! and we Buffy fans still get no Blu-ray! and it sucks!!!

Very unlikely this will ever happen, now that there are accusations against Joss Whedon, and Disney seems to be doing nothing to speed up the progress!!!

Hollywood making reboots/remakes/revivals is just their lazy way of making money off of old series/movies. I'm sick and tired of reboots/remakes/revivals. A classic 90's show like Buffy should never get a reboot, it would change dramatically of what the fans love about the original series. The Charmed reboot failed to capture the magic like the original Charmed, and I'm surprised the CW keeps renewing it!!! I'm worried that if the Buffy reboot gets the official greenlight and the reboot fails, we may never see a Blu-ray collection of our beloved original!!!

I wouldn't hold my breath over this one ever being released onto Blu-ray, yes it sucks but the studio isn't doing a damn thing about it!!!! Besides that Buffy on streaming killed our chances of our favorite show being released on Blu-ray!!!

I'm tired of waiting for the studio too do something about this! Can a Buffy fan please convert the show upscale HD the right way? Someone on Reddit.com managed to convert Xena: Warrior Princess to upscale HD, so I was wondering if any Buffy fan out there could do that, thanks.

I wouldn't hold my breathe over this iconic show being released on Blu-ray if it all, since the studio won't invest there money to convert the early seasons 1, 2 and 3 upscale to HD (the right way) Fans, should stick to their DVDs for now. Disney isn't apparently doing anything about this.

Never going to happen! The studio will not give this the green light! to be released on Blu-ray! the studio is just going too do what the hell they are going to do because that's the way how these studios just are!!! The studio is not listening to the fans!!!! If the studio was? Then this would have been released way, way before now!!!

Fans deserve better than a crappy HD!!!

I agree, the remaster is an abomination and truly does not capture the genius of how it was made.

This is never going to happen! Just my gut feeling! The studio is never going to remaster Buffy on Blu-ray, because the studio will never put that kind of money or work and time into remastering, and forget Joss Whedon ever doing it plus with now all the accusations against him from Buffy stars. Yes, it saddens me that we may all have to stick with our classic DVDs, the best version/viewing experience Buffy has ever seen. Buffy is simply slayed on streaming! So I've lost all hope for ever seeing such a wonderful classic 90's series on Blu-ray.

I would 100% invest in a proper HD version on Bly ray!
