With the impact this show has had on many people and pop culture as a whole, I think Buffy does deserve a more well-rounded remaster with better colour grading, cropping, etc.

I too have been wanting a proper HD release on blu-ray or 4k for some time. My request would be to maintain the original aspect ratio.

This show deserves a remaster for being such an iconic show in our lives. This show came up over small talk at my brothers wedding night. I don’t know how it did but it did. Like a wedding ceremony, let’s celebrate this series by remastering it and protecting its film history for safe keeping because it’s worth re-visiting.
