This is important because we will be helping those in third world countries have a fairer pay and work in better conditions. It will stop the exploitation of child labour and the cheap labour of those in these third world countries. Also, by making our school a Fairtrade school, it will lead an example to other schools in our local area, especially those who are part of the Olympus Academy Trust.
