The roundabouts in Jensen Beach and Stuart are prime spots for an accident.

There needs to be County government oversight on legal contracts with the railroad. Martin County “got” about $12 mil in safety concessions from the railroad to install fencing, crossing safety and such above the legal requirements. To my knowledge there’s been no tracking of these items. One of the more obvious missing pieces is fencing between Stuart and Hobe Sound.

Safety should be first over profits, not last. How many more deaths must happen?

Extremely Too FAST going thru such a small Town, it should be slower. About the speed of a Freight Train. There are too many R.R. Crossings going thru town. It would cost a lot of " LIVES" if Emergencies to the Hospitals were Delayed or Stopped.

I have serious safety concerns about the integrity of the Tracks and trains . Since the 2nd track and concrete ties were put in track repairs seem constant. The crossing breaks constantly . The trains sound like the wheels are flat ,rolling Junk . Totally different than just 5-6 years ago .My house is 1/8 -1/4 mile away from tracks. I didn't mind the old trains . Now my house shakes and the horn is so loud it drowns out the TV ! I have tried contacting the railway Come to find out it is run by a Mexican company. What the Hell ! Now we bring 3rd world management to our railway ? Cancel the whole thing It does not benefit the average Floridian. Our Families safety is more important than this damn train.

These trains are a menace! Both hospitals in Indian River County are east of the train tracks. That should be an obvious problem, not to mention the speed and quantity of trains going through what used to be our peaceful small town. We will regret allowing this to go through here.

61 dead people by brightline trains. How many more before this is STOPPED. This is way to fast to pass through our small communities like Jensen Beach! Not to take action and slow them down is despicable!

I went to one of the meetings they had in 32963, but they wouldn’t take questions. I’m sure it’s political. I wrote President Trump, but he didn’t get back to me. This was 2 years ago. I don’t know how far the railroad tracks are from Maralago, but they are so close to many populated locations in Vero Beach! Why in the world they couldn’t take this train out west??? There’s so much open land!

Let’s take the time to make sure this train is safe for pedestrians and communities.
