Queues were right up to John o Guant pub today I git out of my car and kicked off. I will keep ringing the police until they do something. I travel up and down this road around 10 times a day I just hope it’s not me involved in an accident

I work yo and down this road all day. I’m a carer. I am putting my life at risk because of the traffic been allowed to queue on a blind bend 1 mile up the road. I rang police 3 times today and still the traffic queued. Then some one pulled out on me and if it hadn’t been for my quick thinking I could have been in a head on smash. What’s point of council manning the gate and putting cones up if they are just going to allow people to queue

Why cant the tip be relocated to a non residential area away from beautiful woodland school and house, why was it put next to a school in the first place ?

The main problem is the reduced operating hours. When it opened every day there was very rarely any queuing. Add to this the reduced waste collection from home, and the subsequent increase of people visiting, it’s no surprise really

I’ve lived in the area all my life and with the ever increasing amount of traffic on the roads this problem only gets worse each year.

I used to take a deep breath and pray as I went towards Newfield Green in case a bus was coming round the corner towards me.
