We want better laws in the United States pertaining to animal rights and harsher penalties for those who abuse animals in any way, shape or form. Better laws against neglect, and any kind of abuse. Make an animal abuse registry, so that those found guilty of abuse can never own a pet again. Mandatory microchips for pet owners, so that if and ever a pet is found, and or abused, abandoned those owners will be held accountable. Mandatory-All pets must be fixed, unless owners are licensed breeders.
