I actually really liked the first movie, I think most ppl calling it bland isn't the right description. I think if the story can roll out a bit more and give more visual detail and not be so vivid? I think the following would grow. Maybe if the 1st movie rolled deeper into a good start to keep the series going on screen, and a happier ending getting to see more of what happened after. I want to see more! I have been waiting over 4 yrs and thought something would have happened by now! Take a risk and a chance to make this series something!

Beautiful creatures was a lovely movie Sometimes critics and audience don't know what's beautiful. A sequel if done well I'm sure would be a hit.
