Baltimore is one of the most violent city's in the United States of America, you should always have a partner with you. In this day in age law enforcement is hated, making the job ten times more dangerous. Don't stand up and tell our families how great of a person we were after the fact, get us the man power that we need. You can sugar coat it all you want but there is a war on police.
