The safety of our officers and the citizens of Baltimore should be in the for front of the city and City Council. Rawlings-Blake screwed the city out of millions of dollars. The money could have been used to prevent the travesty of 2015.

Yes every officer needs to be safe and that happens with 2 officers per car!!! The command doesn't care but the officers do. They have families to go home to.
