14th of September Argos advertised a number of electrical items for sale. Argos completed and confirmed purchase and took payments out of thousands of customers bank accounts. Only for Argos to then cancel the orders, whilst holding on to the money. Conveniently the part of the Argos website which has terms and conditions on it has been down all morning whilst it is being 'updated'
Make Argos do the right thing and honour the purchases.
