BB core rules make a great game. Of course, there always can be new options/variants, but they should stay options and not compulsory

CRP has been many years of testing in the development. Any other bells and whistles you want to add are experiments/house rules. It should be possible to set up a league that plays purely to the CRP ruleset. (spend your efforts on implementing the official star players instead please!)

Anything that is not from the LRB has to be optional.

any non-optional deviation from CRP is unacceptable

My largest interest in BB2 is as an implementation of the LRB, anything different should be optional.

Will all the CRP rules finally be implemented in BB2?

This rule was tried and discarded already. Forcing it on players will cause a lot of lost sales, mine included.

Please, the rules have been tried and tested. Deviations are fine, but only as options.
