Breastfeeding is premium, but not cheap! We need everyone to promote, protect and support breastfeeding. Let's try to make any part to the world breastfeeding-friendly.

I pledge to promote Breastfeeding at community level in my targeted area for improving the practices of Mothers breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding is a vital means of emotional connection with their infants.

I request to all Mothers for breastfeeding because breastfeeding is the perfect food for all the dietary and nutritional needs of infants for the first six months of their life.

Breast milk is the best food for your baby during the first year of life. Breastfeeding helps protect your baby from many illnesses & Healt experts believe breast milk is the best nutritional choice for infants because it contains antibodies that help your baby fight off viruses and bacteria. Many medical experts especially Gynaecologists, strongly recommend breastfeeding for 6 months. And breastfeeding for a year at least with other foods which should be started at 6 months of age, such as vegetables, grains, fruits, proteins.

Breast feeding is fundamental right of a child.It is the very best for the child .Child can save from the malnutrition,So it is important for all of us to convy this message to all the community.

Excellent initiative ,brest feeding is the basic right of the child and It provides optimum nutrition for proper growth and development.

Making available this support available to all breastfeeding mother will enable them to properly and timely breastfeed their children and provide a nation to Pakistan fully developed with extent. We must strongly advocate for these initiatives at all level.
