Wild Tigers are almost extinct. So are many species like Rhinos or Elephants. Illegal poaching happens constantly as third world countries cannot afford to pay the security to keep these animated alive. If we charge a global tax through the United Nations, we should have the money to pay for policing of all poaching world wide as it pertains to endangered species.
