TO: The law makers and law changers it is long overdue to change COLORADO LAWS, making animal cruelty a class five felony! The harshest most stiffest sentencing needs to be applied to this along with intense mental help. WE ARE THE VOICES OF THOSE THAT HAVE NONE!!! I am also a COLORADIAN and I demand change!!
