this is a sick thing for people to do... i wish they would get at leat 5yrs minimum, animals do nit have vocies to speak out! That is what we are here for! I am an animal lover an always will be!! This sick man needs to be locked up!! I saw what he did to loki, he mutilated that poor kitten! I have honestly always believed an eye for an eye for animla crulity! I am all for this petition! thank you for starting this!!!!

As an owner of an 8 year old dog and a 13 year old cat, who are both rescued animals, it sickens me to see animals hurt in any way. These laws should had been changed or done years ago and not now. But that is my own opinion, so I hope this can help make a difference. Thank you.

I do animal rescue and let me tell you...I'm seeing to many of these poor little babies just cast aside or abused or abandoned. They have feelings too people!!

This is an excellent idea, this type of cruelty deserves a much worse punishment than what is currently being enforced. Lets fight for those who don't have a voice!

I am a cat person, but NO animal deserves to be tortured and killed, all for the entertainment of some sick psycho. These people MUST be punished; I don't see rehabilitation as a viable option.
