Is this a park or a homeless encampment? While I feel sympathy for those there, I feel there must be a better solution to the homeless issue. The Rec Center and park are virtually unusable to the general public.

When ever I drive past this all I see is homeless everywhere, Which means no one else can use the park.

This situation is out of hand and needs to be addressed.
