I've been apart of every maitreya and every maitreya has been apart of me. We put on a special event for everyone to enjoy and we have helped a lot of places grow with the amount of revenue it creates for great towns like Charlton that allow us the honour of hosting Maitreya in their lovely town.I hope that Buloke Council will grant us a 3 year permit so we can all grow together.

Make magic happen with so many amazing ppl supporting this festival and the community/ surrounding suburb's. It will not only show Australia but the World that people encourage this going ahead for this year and future adventures. The organizer's have worked 2 hard for it not 2 happen.

For this to be cancelled on the 10th anniversary would be extremely disappointing. It's a mile stone for an event which many people are looking forward to, many tickets already purchased many hearts would be shattered. Not to mention also the community and the economy of Charlton will be hugely affected . The locals of the town rely hugely on festivals such as Maitreya to bring in an income that normally would not be received. So no it's not only about the party goers this is also about the families that live in the local town. By allowing this festival to go ahead you would be helping these people financially, by not allowing it could be quite detrimental.
