In recent months, many owners at Tahiti Village have expressed their outrage regarding a staggering 41% increase in maintenance fees over a two-year period. This dramatic hike has raised eyebrows, especially when you consider that the three largest timeshare companies in the United States have only seen increases ranging from 3% to 5% during the same timeframe.
