I checked visit my daughter at 5055 Thamas Stable Rd and it would not be as nice, or quiet with a lot multi housing at the intersection of Thomas Stable Rd and Ronald Regan.

This is the last piece of PEACEFUL properties in the area... lets not destroy all nature, all forests for the sake of robotic multi-family housing.
NO MORE CONCRETE. Save the trees and keep our land rural.
Please dont let them put townhomes here. My kids play in the yard and the quiet is the only reason we moved to this neighborhood.
