ALL Lindisfarne community facilities are to remain open until permanent replacements are found.

It would be such a loss to the community and everyone who uses it .

We do not have enough sports facilities to start with without Closing the existing ones!!!!!!!! Unless you are closing this with a view to making new accommodation for the sports that use this Hall ? Hope Lindisfarne is going to be used for something other than housing! we have too many new developments and no structure in place to cope. Suggest more facilities for alnwick not less ie hockey pitch long waited , tennis court , five a side pitches, running track maybe? just to name a few , as I also believe the new DHS has been built without suitable sporting facilities .

Sporting and Community links at Lindisfarne is vital for Alnwick Community - Adult Learners and Sports trainering need to continue and can not stop while new facilities are being built. We need LIndisfarne

It is vital that facilities giving the community encouragement to be active are kept available for all.

Please do not allow the demolition of the sports facilities we have until alternative provision is made to keep our community active.

Save all the facilities for the community

Community facilities are so important to the people in those communities to come together.

Community facilities must be retained to ensure we encourage children to be active and combat obesity.

I wish to support the protection of these facilities, if developers should provide s106 I think it is planning should have provided monies for such facilities ensure you get monies. Ask council what they are doing with these monies and get them re directed

This sports hall has been used constantly by my children over the last 8 years and is a vital facility for the town

Don't close such bital facilities

The whole thing is a disgrace. The fact that the high school is too small, that the existing school at lindisfarne has not been used yet primary schools extended seems like a nonsense. Our sports centre is too busy due to the population increase however, more and more houses are being built. Where is the infrastructure to support this.

Needs to be replaced before demolished too many kids use this facility

Please save this invaluable resource for our children or provide a suitable replacement.

Alnwick facilities have always lagged behind those in similar sized towns in England, they should be improving them not shutting the few we have.

Lindisfarne Sports hall is a well used community facility and it's planned closure will deprive the local and wider community of an incredibly valuable asset.
