Mahesh's Case

I have always known Mahesh Patwardhan as a clinician, surgeon, singer and a human being par excellence. Till the very last minute, he always said "I have faith in the legal system & I will come out clean". Classic example of an altruistic personality. He was always a kind person who would step forward and go an extra mile to help them. Garja Maharashtra Mazaa in 2012 was an evidence of the kind of charity this gentleman did for the family that lost their son. Charges framed against him are absolutely unbelievable and totally in contradiction to the kind of personality he is. I'm sure the Honourable judge will take a note of this and do his best. The medical fraternity has lost out on a good doctor. Let the family not be unreasonably penalised for holding a person guilty of an offence which he never committed.

I've known my brother for his entire life. I know he is innocent. Hope good sense and fairness prevails.

Mahesh Patwardhan is a gem of a person. Someone who is the most hospitable host and an extremely respected and highly qualified doctor. This means to harm his image and reputation is completely wrong. He deserves more support than what he already is receiving. This is only a small action on our parts.

Evaluate his entire work during his career and compare with open mind Get testimonials from all patients he felt till now and then decide

I believe and trust Mahesh Pateardhan!

Mahesh was our gynaecologist he has treated my partner. He is a good human being in my knowledge and an excellent gynaecologist. The reason that I have a beautiful daughter is his ability to solve complex gynaecological problems where all others have failed. In his excitement of doing the best in the interest of the patient and as a doctor he does not follow the text book to perfection. This, the jury may not have taken kindly, but I am sure a Judge can reason. His intentions should be read before punishment not just mere sequence of events. I firmly believe in the UK judicial, Jury and I am not asking for being compassionate. I am simply pleading the judge sees that this is not an open and shut case. Perhaps the most complex (Even the Jury took three days to debate and decide, surely it was not a easy one). Mahesh in my humble opinion cannot do what he is accused off and I plead to the judge that punishment should be reduced to minimum possible under law.

Mr Mahesh Parwardhan is really an Idol for many people i know, sometimes it is very easy to prove wrong thing and its very hard to prove right thing; i belive Mr Mahesh also stuck in to the same situation, we know he is innocent, requesting the court to lowerdown the scentence as much as court can do considering the fact that " Mr Mahesh Patwardhan is a Humble, Social & responsible person.

This an unfortunate thing happned in Amruta's family. My humble request to the authority to be kind to Amruta and her kids.

Dr. Mahesh is a great teacher and GURU, friend, excellent doctor and surgeon, caring father. My humble request to honourable judge is to please reduce his sentence to the least minimum.

Dr. Mahesh Patwardhan is a man of moral and good character. My humble request to court is to lower the sentence as much as possible based on his contribution towards the society by helping people for good causes (Eg: He raised funds for Anuj Bidve's family an Indian student who lost his life in Manchester in 2011).

Mahesh is not guilty. He has been a target of few jealous people.
