This petition is to compel YMAX Corp. and their child company "magicJack" to fix their egregious problem with touch tone beeping during phone calls. Thousands of magicJack customers have complained already, and magicJack's current tech support has no way to address this issue. YMAX clearly needs to troubleshoot and fix this error quickly. If YMAX does not resolve this long standing issue in a reasonable amount of time, the signers of this petition will actively speak out against the company with the intention of discrediting their reputation. Conversely, if YMAX does respond to the issue in a reasonable amount of time, the signers of this petition agree to speak out in favor of magicJack's service with the intention of improving the company's reach and reputation. If this petition reaches the scope of media interest, a representative of this petition will speak publicly about the ultimatum made to YMAX corp.
