Hi everyone! My name is Madison Orow, and I am from West Bloomfield, Michigan. My undergraduate major was criminal justice and I attended Grand Valley State University.

I want to be our class’s secretary for a few reasons. First, I am extremely driven and passionate. Some people think law school is just the next step of their life, but I have aspired to get to this point my entire life. As a first generation college student, (and now law student) I have had to defy many cultural norms to get to where I am today.

Secondly, communication is one of my very best skills. I enjoy gaining insight from others, helping others, and amplifying the voices of those who are often muted.

Finally, I have held many executive positions in the past. I have served in the roles of class representative, secretary, and a clothing liaison for an undergraduate organization. I have been involved in student leadership, student mentorship, and have organized many events and fundraisers for large groups of people.
