I don't see anything wrong with the billboard. This is nit picking mentality. We don't have a female neurosurgeon in my village. Perhaps the billboard is referring to my village. After all, it doesn't mention "Kenya" anywhere. Let the lady be the first in her village.

Remind me never to be your customer Madison insurance because you, my friend, are the reason why women have to work as twice so as measure up to men. This is utter ignorance and an insult to the lady neurosurgeons. #pulldownyourutterignorance

We have many women who are neurosurgeons,so the company thought we don't have brilliant women who are neurosurgeons yet.....at this age and era..huh!!

This is offensive to the progress made by women in this field. Pull it down or amend accordingly.
